Refund policy
Return Window
European Economic Area (EEA) customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products for a full refund, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Customers in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for products that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped in error
- Significantly different from the product description
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or color selection (please review product details carefully before ordering)
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your location and financial institution.
International Orders - Duties and Taxes
Important: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, you will not receive a refund for the order, as we cannot recover duties paid or shipping costs for refused packages.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country, and that these charges are not refundable.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. After reviewing the defective or damaved product, we will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
